7-20-07 Marble Slab Creamery Multi-Car Meet
It started off as a tradition for SELOC (South Eastern Lexus Owners’ Club) for every third Friday of the month. They called it Sizzlin SELOC Nights. Pretty catchy. Since then there have been invitations sent out to all surrounding forums of the South East to bring in more vehicles and people out to this once Lexus inclusive meet. Now that it is a full out Multi-Car meet, many have made it and have become close friends. Everything from Lexus, Toyota, Scion, BMW, Subaru, Honda, Mercedes, Nissan etc… has partaken in this monthly meet.
Although this month’s meet had a small turnout we all had fun as usual. The rain probably drove away some of the participants but we are sure that next month will bring out many more people and good times at the Marble Slab Creamery @ Lenox Mall.
We, being Mike (1SICKLEX), Tony (CarbonGS), Shin (CarbonIS), Frederick (I don’t know his screen name but his is the only supra there this time), (DarkSpartan – don’t know his name in the other IS) arrived at the creamery and decided to take a trip across the street to the parking deck at Target to take some shots. After getting to the top we were quickly told to hurry up and get out by Mr. Rent-a-cop.

Fred’s Supra is one clean stock twin turbo! His sound system is pretty nice too but it is a pity I didn’t have a camera in hand when he opened up the hatch

Then we scadaddled on over to the dinner place of choice. However, on the way over I was called by some O.G. SELOCers and was told that they were over at the Creamery. So I split off from the group that went to dinner to meet up with my old friends.
The sun was setting and I had a few opportunities to catch the kewl colors in the sky as a backdrop.

Basically it turned into a BMW meet. No, an E46 meet! No, an E46 M3 meet! These guys all rode over from the Alpharetta/Suwanee area for the meet and I found that I soon recognized almost all of the faces.
